SHIPPING, RETURNS, & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY.

WE SHIP GLOBALLY. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION AND TO KNOW ANY PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS IN THEIR GEOGRAPHIC DELIVERY LOCATION.

All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days on average, unless otherwise specified, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped by our fulfillment center.

Shipping times vary based on the payment and shipping method selected, and the destination.

eCheck and ACH (bank account) payments are processed by a third party processor in 1-2 business days, and like regular checks, can take ~3 additional days to clear. Orders are shipped once funds clear our bank account.

Cryptocurrency payments clear our account in minutes. This payment method will lead to faster shipping times since there is no waiting for an eCheck to clear.

You will receive an automated shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your order ships.

RE-SHIP POLICY.

We will consider re-shipments on a case-by-case basis. Once an order is shipped, it is in possession by a third party postal carrier. If a package is not delivered or lost, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to resolve the issue with you, and not ELV BIOSCIENCE.

International shipments are at the sole risk of the customer. Due to customs and local postal carrier unpredictability, ELV BIOSCIENCE does not take responsibility for lost or undelivered international packages.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We cannot accept refunds or returns due to the nature of research and laboratory chemicals. Chemicals intended for research or laboratory use only cannot be returned after they have been shipped and/or delivered.

All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are typically answered within 1 business day.
